Your role
Technical Responsibilities:

Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
-
Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
-
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
-
Drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
-
Produce timely and detailed service reports and document processes.
-
Operate Equipment in a safe manner and use field automation systems.
-
Cooperate with supervisors and share information across the organization.
-
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
-
Build positive relationships with customers.
-
To report all major defects to either the Supervisor, or Business Line Manager.
-
To fault find and repair equipment under contract to Atlas Copco Standards.
-
Ensure all personal protective equipment is identified, always available, correctly used and all associated problems are reported to management.
-
Undertake continuous training and development and Independently determine approaches to assigned tasks.
-
Ensure all lost time, minor and trivial accidents are reported in TIA.
-
Log completion of work on all required maintenance management systems i.e MAMM2, and Power connect.

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical engineering, Technologist in Electrical/Mechanical
-
Atleast two years experience
