The
key purpose
of this job is to assist in controlling all movement of stock through the Warehouse and to ensure the safe guarding of company assets & inventory whilst minimizing risk, fraud & losses by ensuring compliance to stock management and control processes & procedures. The role reports to the Stock Controller.
Control Inventory

Ensure all stock can be accounted for

Capturing movement of stock on the system

Recommend optimal Warehouse layout

Prepares the system for Stock count

Monitor Warehouse breakages
-
Receive and verify stock from supplier

Receive RTS
-
Monitors stock for stock rotation and initiates the write-off of stock.

Circulate weekly/monthly stock report
Administration

Complied with SHEQ & VPO requirements

Compliance to all Quality requirements

Ensures compliance to 5S requirements
Efficiency Forum
