The online operations coordinator will provide support to the online operations management in ensuring that all business operations are excuted efficientlyin line with the company’s overall business strategy. The online operations coordinator will ensure the timely , cost effective and accurate execution of all commodities and coordinate organisational procedures for optimised efficiency and productivity.

Duties  & Responsibilities

• Making daily tracking reports twice a day
• Ensuring road manifest for own fleet are done
• Record Payments made are kept and all invoices are uploaded into the system
• Send emails for all trips and update waybills in the daily dispatch report
• Pss receipts and ensure all PODS are uploaded in to the system correctly
• Matching all costs in the operation cost excel with the costs added in to the system
• Placing orders and checking Korridor statements every month

QUALIFICATIONS

• Full GRADE 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Transport & Logistics or Certificate in Business Administration with 2 years experience in  Transport & Logistics
• Efficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work with minimum supervison
• A team player
