We are looking for an office administrator to join out team. You will be a proactive individual who works well under pressure and has impeccable planning & administrative skills to ensure that the office runs smoothly.

Duties include (but not limited to)

1. General office administration including procurement of stationery, motor vehicle fleet management, ensuring insurance, leases are up to date & company is compliant with all relevant by law
2. Procurement, allocation, distribution of marketing promotional materials and supervision & coordination of field merchandisers.
3. Reception duties including but not limited to receiving & directing visitors, arranging & scheduling meetings, taking minutes of meetings.
4.Stock and inventory management.
5. Knowledge of Pastel is an added advantage.
6. Clean driver’s licence is a requisite.
