64.0 COXSWAIN DRIVERS – GRADE ZRA09 (2 POSITIONS) -ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

Reporting directly to the Station Manager, you will be responsible Responsible for the day- to-day deploying of officers in the field and ensuring that the vehicles/boats are in good condition at all times.

1. MAIN DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Steering ZRA Officers on water;
• Driving officers in the field;
• Ensuring that the vessel and the vehicle are clean and have all the accessories at all times;
• Ensuring that both the vessel and vehicle are in proper working condition at all times through daily checking for oil and water and any defects;
• Reporting any problems to the Station Manager; and
• Carrying out any other assignments and duties as directed by the superiors.

1. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade Twelve School Certificate/General Certificate of Education Equivalent;
• Launch Master Certificate or equivalent;
• Valid Drivers’ License-Class C1; and
• Minimum of one year six months relevant post qualifying work experience.
