CTC/PSU/PH/WMU/6/23: TENDER FOR ENGAGEMENT OF FRANCHISE COMPANIES OR SOLID WASTE SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR COLLECTION, COMPANIES OR SOLID WASTE SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR COLLECTION, TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE IN THREE ZONES UNDER KATUBA CONSTITUCY

The Chibombo Town Council is inviting contractors to bid for Solid Waste Services to collect. transport and dispose municipal solid waste in Katuba constituency from residential dwellings. properties and all non-residential properties entities and enterprises to Kapopo dumping site. The waste management zones are as far as clearly demarcated by main roads, railways, or City limits. Bidders are invited to bid for solid waste services to collect, transport and dispose of municipal solid waste from all residential dwellings, properties and all non-residential properties entities and enterprises under Katuba constituency.

This invitation is open to bidders within and outside Chibombo district. Interested and eligible bidders are welcome to bid for any number of zones and may obtain further information from the Procurement and Supplies Office, Civic Centre, P.O Box 50, Chibombo .A complete set of solicitation documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non- refundable fee ZMW 500-00.Telephone number is 260-0978205314. Submission Procedure

All bids, in sealed envelopes and clearly marked "Tender for Engagement of Franchise companies or consortiums for collection, transportation and disposal of solid waste in three zones in Chibombo District (state zone") must be deposited in the Tender Box at the at Civic Centre on P. O Box. 50, situated along Lackson Mapushi Road. Chibombo not later than Wednesday 16th August, 2023 at 10:00hours local time

The bids shall be opened immediately thereafter, at the main Entrance, in the Presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

NOTE: Bidders may bid for any number of zones but shall not be awarded more than 1 zone. Site visit shall be mandatory to be conducted on 17th July 2023 for zone 1& 2 and 18th July 2023 for zone 3 at 09:30 hours meeting point Katuba sub office.
