Massbreed Investments Zambia Limited is a fast growing company in the motor industry specialized in sale of the highly durable and affordable FAW commercial vehicles, Golden Dragon Buses and Lovol Equipment. Our company is looking for focused, result driven candidates to feel up vacant positions of After Sales Executive and Human Resource Assistant.
1. AFTER SALES EXECUTIVE
Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and monitor after sales activities to achieve set objectives and targets
On all key customers, maintain a database of all special events. - Maintain contact with all clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality. Customer feedback form to be completed before release of a vehicle.

Follow-up call to every customer within a week to check on performance.
Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning service delivery. - Daily update to the General Manager on any need to provide flowing of aftersales support (parts/service) to every unit that we sell. Arrange at least one aftersales visit with the General manager or workshop manager weakly
- Build and establish a good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue.
- 80% retention on all clients on our database.
- Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and product publicity via panel van utilisation and distribution of company products to clients weekly.

Requirements

First Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Experience - Minimum experience required to carry out the above Functions
- 2 years experience in Motor Industry
- Must have a drivers license
2 . ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Advise on the operation of industrial agreements
- Conduct all other industrial relations issues.
- Maintaining all employee files.
- Develop and administer policies on different employee classifications and wage structures.
- Maintain or assist in developing good relationships between employers and employees.
- Conduct research relating to industrial relations, such as how changes in work practices affect productivity.
Education and Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum Diploma in HR, management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Human Resource Assistant.
- Must be a member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
