AB Bank Zambia is looking for 35 Bank Officers to fill the positions of Business Officer (25) & Middle Officer (10) to be based at our Solwezi Branch. In these roles the Bank Officers will provide support and manage communication with the Bank’s customers on our various platforms. As such, the Bank Officers will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and creating a professional and friendly image of the Bank.
Business Officer (25)
Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:

Market and sell the Bank’s products and services
-
Effective client retention and after-sales relations
-
Monitor and enforce credit repayments
-
Create and manage own business portfolio
Your Minimum Qualifications and Competencies should be:
-
Diploma in a Business-related field
-
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office package, office equipment and applications
-
Have good interpersonal and organizational skills
-
Must be a Solwezi resident
Middle Officer (10)
Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:
-
Conduct overall account opening duties. Perform system transactions upon client and management requests
-
Performing all local and international money transfers
-
Processing of all daily front and back-office system transactions

Effectively enter data and manage records
Your Minimum Qualifications and Competencies should be:
-
Diploma in Banking & Finance or any business relevant field
-
Effective communication, planning and time management skills
-
Previous experience as an AB Bank Intern or in similar role will be an advantage

Must be a Solwezi resident
