Egan is seeking an Academic Advisor to provide guidance and support to students in their academic journey. The Academic Advisor will help students navigate their educational path, set goals, and address any academic concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise students on academic programs, course selection, and career paths
Monitor student progress and provide support to help them achieve their academic goals
Assist with academic planning and goal setting
Provide information on academic policies, procedures, and resources
Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
Experience in academic advising or student support roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to provide guidance and support in an academic setting
Proficiency in advising tools and MS Office
