Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Advertising Account Executive to join our team. As an Advertising Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, overseeing advertising campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative advertising solutions that meet client objectives and drive business growth.

As an Advertising Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including local businesses, national brands, and international organizations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating efforts with our creative, marketing, and sales teams to deliver effective advertising strategies and campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of the advertising industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present advertising proposals and strategies that align with client objectives

Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging advertising technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients

Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and actively pursue new client acquisitions

Prepare and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable to both parties

Requirements

Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

Proven experience in advertising account management or a related role

Strong understanding of the advertising industry, including digital advertising platforms and strategies

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advertising management software (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
