Job Description:
ZamImpact Solutions is looking for a skilled Account Manager to oversee client accounts and ensure their satisfaction with our services. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring successful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
• Develop account strategies and plans to achieve client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor account performance and ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client needs and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in account management.
