Qualifications
Must be a university graduate in accounting Mandatory fluency in English Language- both written and spoken.
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in financial field.
SALARY RANGE: 9,500-11000 ZMK

ACCOUNT OFFICER
The account officer will be responsible for processing cash, debit, credit, and check transactions using a cash register or other point-of-sales system. Will also be responsible for the company’s cash management, Bank settlement, bill processing, and other related financial duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for company’s daily cash and bills receipt and payment, custody and expense reimbursement.
Responsible for the opening, changing, cancellation and account management of the company. Ability to record debit transactions timely and accurately.
Prepare journal, and monitoring cash in flow and out flow.
Creating and processing invoices.
Cross-checking invoices with payment and expenses to ensure accuracy.
Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
Sending bills and invoices to clients.
Tracking organization expenses., audit and control company’s income and cost.

Skills Requirement

Good communication and coordination skills and ability to solve problems.

Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Possesses some data analysis skills
with national financial policies, accounting regulation and bank settlement business.
