As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Manage financial records, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Process payroll and manage employee compensation records.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity.
Prepare and file tax returns with regulatory bodies such as NAPSA, ZRA, NHIMA, Workers Compensation, PACRA, and other relevant authorities.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, particularly in filing returns with NAPSA, ZRA, NHIMA, Workers Compensation, PACRA, and other regulatory bodies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
