Manage all aspects of tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, withholding tax, corporate income tax) and liaise directly with ZRA and statutory bodies.
Oversee full-cycle accounting including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
High level proficiency in payroll accounting is a must.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes for the Zambia business unit.
Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Engage auditors and consultants, and manage all aspects of annual audits and compliance reviews.
Provide strategic financial insight to support executive decision-making and business development in Zambia.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s Degree or MBA is a plus).
Full professional certification: ZICA, ACCA, or CIMA (membership in good standing is a must).
Minimum 5 years of senior-level accounting experience in Zambia, preferably in multinational or multi-branch settings.
Demonstrated experience leading finance operations independently—CFO, Finance Manager, or Senior Accountant level.
Strong knowledge of Zambian tax laws, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Pastel, or SAP) and strong Excel skills.
High integrity, excellent leadership, and the ability to work under minimal supervision
