Accountant at Retsol International Zambia Limited

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated and highly skilled Accountant to join our team and help drive our financial processes forward.

Key Responsibilities : As an Accountant at Retsol International Zambia Limited, you will be responsible for the efficient management of various financial and operational tasks, including but not limited to:

Managing debtors and creditors.
Performing bank reconciliations.
Daily financial reporting.
Inventory management.
Preparation of management accounts.
Ensuring compliance with tax obligations.
Managing intercompany loans.
Providing operational support.
Coordinating the annual audit process.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field or Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ZICA)
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
