Key responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employees
• Monitor and record company expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash
• Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reports
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors
• Generate financial reports and analyses for management decision-making
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and systems
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
• Stay current with accounting software and technologies
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed

ZICA or bachelor’s in accounting

Minimum 3 Years relevant experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with accounting software

Familiar with financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.

Full grade twelve school certificate
