EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

AGS Zambia Ltd is urgently looking for a young and vibrant Accounts Assistant to support the Accounts Department and ensure a smooth flow of accounting tasks in the department. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

• posting of all payment transactions, and allocating to the correct cost code; preparation of monthly reports;
• Reconciliation of bank/cash and supplier accounts;
• Maintaining fixed asset register and advance register,
• Preparation of all payment vouchers,
• Uploading payments on online banking;
• filing of all finance documents; and
• Any other relevant related duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Advanced certificate in Accounts or equivalent;
• At least One (1) year accounting experience
