Accounts Assistant
The ideal candidate will help our Finance department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
Responsibilities

Enter financial transactions into internal databases.

Managing expense reports and reimbursements.

Issue invoices to customers as needed.

Prepare bank deposits, Cheques and payments.

Prepare weekly departmental reports.
-
Reconciliation of debtors in accounting system.

Create and file ZRA Returns.
-
Maintain and file physical financial records.
-
Participate in preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports.

Minimum ACCA /ZICA level two

At least 2 years work experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.

Familiarity with Acounting regulations.

Hands-on experience with MS Excel, spreadsheet programs and PowerPoint an added advantage.

Knowledge in Pastel and Xero accounting software.

Organization skills.

Strong written and Verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

Attention to detail.
