Responsibilities:

Preparing financial reports, budgets, and financial statements.

Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.

Creating and updating expense reports.

Processing reimbursement forms and preparing bank deposits.

Entering financial transactions into internal databases.

Checking spreadsheets for accuracy and maintaining financial records.

Issuing invoices to customers and external partners.
-
Participating in audits and resolving discrepancies.
Additional Requirements:

Experience:
At least two years in accounting or finance roles.

Competence:
Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting standards.

Ethics and Integrity:
Compliance with ZICA’s professional and ethical guidelines.
