Zambezi Innovate is hiring an Accounts Clerk to support the accounting team in maintaining the company’s financial records. The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for handling basic bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and assisting with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
:

Record day-to-day financial transactions in the accounting system.

Process payments, invoices, and receipts efficiently.

Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

Assist in bank reconciliations and the preparation of financial statements.

Ensure that all documents related to financial transactions are filed properly.

Provide support in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports.

Assist the finance team in various administrative tasks.
Requirements
:

Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
