Main Responsibilities:

To serve prospective
and
existing customers efficiently, friendly and with respect.

The main function is to convey a message from the shop to the customer and from the customer to the shop.
-
Must carry out instructions in full.
-
Accounts Inspector must at all times endeavour to educate the customer to pay a full instalment or more at the shop every month.
-
Accounts Inspector must attend to customer complaints promptly by doing minor repairs in the field when reported by the customer during personal calls or, where possible, pick up the goods for repairs and re-deliver same as and when finalised via the prescribed procedure.

Repossessions must be done when requested, and where needed arrangements must be made for assistance.

Any other duties in the normal course of his duties.
Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
-
Proven years experience in retail and customer service

Valid driver’s licence
General:

The Accounts Inspector has a very important function to fulfil and must be loyal, honest and hard-working at all times.
-
He must be well presented at all times and must execute his duties in accordance with the expectations from a company employee.
-
Apart from doing his normal duties, the Accounts Inspector is also a Public Relations Officer for the company.
