OneZambia is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage incoming payments and maintain accurate records of receivables. The ideal candidate will ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and send invoices to customers
Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements
Reconcile accounts receivable transactions
Maintain accurate records of payments and receipts
Assist with financial reporting and analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
