Zambezi Innovate is looking for a highly analytical and forward-thinking Actuary to assess financial risks and help shape company policies. The Actuary will analyze data to determine the potential financial impacts of certain decisions, create reports, and provide strategic insights to help the company mitigate risks and optimize financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze data and assess risks associated with insurance policies, pension plans, and investments.
Develop financial models to forecast future trends and risks.
Provide detailed reports on risk management strategies.
Collaborate with the finance and management teams to support decision-making.
Evaluate the impact of various business strategies on financial performance.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for risk management.
Assist in pricing insurance policies and pension plans based on risk assessments.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Professional actuarial qualifications or progress toward completing them.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and actuarial software.
Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
