Job Description

Job Summary

The post-holder, under the guidance of the Finance and Administration Director, is responsible for supporting our daily office procedures. As a successful Administration Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.

Main duties include carrying out all accounts clerical duties, initial transaction entries to be sent to the accounting team, acting as the liaison/ point of contact between Mair Pharma team  and the external accounts team, managing office stock, preparing regular reports (Petty Cash expenses, Cash Sales, Stock Take Reports and office budgets tracking) and organizing company records. They will also be responsible for any office walk in sales.

This person will also be responsible to manage the hiring and disciplinary processes for all new and existing employees. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
