Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Work experience in a College or University is an added advantage.
• Must have knowledge of the Zambian Labour Laws.
• Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management with a valid practicing Certificate.
• Strong Oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literate
