Zambeef Products PLC is the largest integrated cold chain food products and Agribusiness Company in Zambia and one of the largest in the Southern Africa region. It is involved in the primary production, processing, distribution, and retailing of beef, chicken, pork, eggs, dairy, fish, flour, leather, shoes, stock feed, and day-old chicks throughout Zambia and the surrounding region.

1. ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – HEAD OFFICE (x1)
The Required Skills for the Role Include:
-
Receiving of all Stationery requests and request for quotations from suppliers
-
Receiving quotations and submitting for order-making.
-
Receiving of goods invoices against an approved purchase order.
-
Raising of GRVs, through signed and approved invoice and delivery.
-
Capturing of GRVs (Goods received vouchers) in (pastel) against attached and approved tax invoices.
-
Ensuring all invoices and costs are allocated to end users correctly.
-
Submitting GRVs to respective signatories is done, and later submitted to finance for payment.
-
Reconciling all invoices against submitted outstanding statements
-
Consolidating a list of traveling staff and submitting to respective signatories for approval, and later to finance for payment.
-
Scanning proof of payment to respective staff.
-
Filling of documents
The Required Qualifications are:
-
Grade 12 Certificate.
-
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
-
2-3 years previous experience
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-
Strong organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities work.

2. STORES CLERK – HEAD OFFICE (x1)
The Required Skills for the Role Include:
-
Receiving all goods by physical identification, inspection and confirming in agreement with supporting documents.
-
Involving the end user to confirm goods received is correct and in accordance to specification if not familiar with the items.
-
Assisting in raising GRNs for all items received and ensure it is duly signed off and update records.
-
Issuing any stores items with correct requisition forms and duly authorized.
-
Raising goods issue note and updating records.
-
Keeping all records on stores items up to date and reporting any variances to Manager immediately.
-
Carrying out regular physical stock checks on quality and quantity and comparing with records.
-
Ensuring all records are neatly filed/stored away.
-
Checking on minimum/maximum stock levels every day and report any variance to the Procurement Officer.
-
Assisting in Raising purchase requisitions, ensuring it is duly approved and submitted to the GM
-
Following up on purchase requisitions with procurement to ensure continued availability of items.
-
Carrying out physical stock take once a month and following up on any variance with the records.
-
Submitting all supporting documents for goods received to accounts department to facilitate payment in good time.
-
Ensuring stores areas are kept clean at all times.
-
Responsible for maintaining the hygiene environment in stores
-
Performing any other task assigned to him/her by Procurement Officer.

Controlling physical access to stores area
The Required Qualifications are:
-
Full grade 12 Certificate
-
Certificate in Purchasing and Supply or any other relevant field
-
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
-
Computer literate
-
Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply
