Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance, maintaining records, and supporting the smooth functioning of company logistics and office management.

Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and renew all necessary company permits and licenses
(e.g., Trading Licenses, Workers Compensation, NHIMA, NAPSA, and other compliance certificates).
-Track and update employee registers and ensure vehicle movement records are accurately maintained.
-Oversee the servicing and refueling of company vehicles.
-Maintain office supply inventories and generate monthly office supplies reports.
-Ensure the office environment is clean, tidy, and professionally maintained. -Provide general administrative support across departments.
-Perform any other administrative tasks as may be assigned by the HR & Administration Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Diploma in Business Administration.
-At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. -Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. -Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
