Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

Schedule management:

Arrange and coordinate the daily schedule of senior management, including meetings, appointments, conference calls, etc.
Ensure that the management’s time is arranged reasonably and efficiently.

Communication and coordination:

Serve as a communication bridge between management and internal employees, customers and other external contacts.
Process and screen incoming and outgoing emails, calls and visitors.

Document management:

Prepare, organize and maintain various documents, reports, presentations and other related materials.
Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of important documents and information.

Meeting arrangements:

Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, recording meeting minutes and following up on meeting decisions.
Arrange travel plans, including booking air tickets, accommodation and transportation.

Administrative support:

Handle various administrative affairs, such as expense reimbursement, office supplies procurement, etc.
Assist management with personal affairs, such as family affairs arrangements, event planning, etc.

Your job requirements:

Education background:

College or bachelor’s degree or above, administrative management, business administration or related majors are preferred.

Work experience:

Experience in providing support to senior management is preferred.

Skills:

Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with people at all levels.

Personal Qualities:

Meticulous, patient and responsible, able to maintain company confidentiality.

Proactive, with the ability to work independently.
