We are seeking an organized, proactive and experienced Female Administrative Assistant to provide excellent administrative support and customer service to our clients and management.
Responsibilities include:
• Offer general business and administrative support to all functions of the business
• Management of digital files and other physical and electronic correspondence and general enquiries at front desk.
• Handling and dealing with enquiries from internal business functions and the public clients
• Carry out a variety of general administrative duties to progress client inquiries and provide support to other functions within Sherwood Greene Properties.
• Deliver Management support for the business
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment
Requirements;
• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent;
• Ability to multitask, whilst working in a fast-paced environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• IT proficient with the ability to learn and adapt to different technologies and software packages;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Experience in sales will be an added advantage.
