Gracimor Properties, a real estate company based in Lusaka, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrator to join our team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a proven track record in administrative roles, particularly within the real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
– Handle reservations and inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
– Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property rentals.
– Liaise effectively with tenants, property owners, and other stakeholders.
– Assist in organizing and facilitating property-related events and promotions.
Requirements:
– Relevant Qualifications and a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Familiarity with rental real estate operations is a significant advantage.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to handle reservations effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
