Zambezi Innovate is seeking a results-driven Advertising Sales Representative to join our team. The primary focus will be on selling advertising space across multiple platforms, including digital and print, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify potential clients and develop advertising sales leads.
• Present advertising options and campaign solutions to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve individual and company targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver compelling sales pitches.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide clients with innovative solutions.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in advertising sales or media sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of digital and traditional advertising solutions.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
