Job Title: Africa Sales Manager – Export Division

Company: Newchem Sunraysia Pvt Ltd

Location: Africa (with frequent travel across African countries)

Position Overview:

Newchem Sunraysia Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Africa Sales Manager to join our export division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing markets across various African countries, conducting field trials, introducing new products to existing customers, and expanding our customer base. The role involves close collaboration with channel partners, including conducting dealer meetings and ensuring that our products meet the needs of the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development: Identify and develop new markets in African countries for Newchem Sunraysia Pvt Ltd’s products.

Field Trials: Conduct field trials to demonstrate the effectiveness and benefits of our products, gathering data to support market entry strategies.

Product Introduction: Introduce and promote new products to existing customers, ensuring they understand the value and application of each product.

– Customer Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

– **Channel Partner Management:** Organize and conduct dealer meetings with channel partners, providing them with the necessary support and training to promote our products effectively.

Travel Requirements: The role requires extensive travel, with a minimum of 20-30 days per month spent traveling across various African countries. During the peak season, the candidate will be required to be stationed in Africa, with quarterly visits to India.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.

– A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural sector or a related industry.

– Proven track record of developing and managing markets in Africa.

– Strong understanding of agricultural products and their application.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

– Ability to work independently and adapt to different cultural environments.

– Willingness to travel extensively and be stationed in Africa during peak seasons.
