Job Description: ZamGrow Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Agronomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving crop production by applying scientific methods and practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and experiments to develop new and improved crop production practices.
• Analyze soil and plant samples to provide recommendations for fertilization and pest control.
• Develop and implement crop management plans to optimize yield and quality.
• Monitor and manage crop health through regular field inspections.
• Collaborate with farmers and agricultural technicians to provide technical support and training.
• Prepare detailed reports on research findings and field observations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of plant physiology, soil science, and pest management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using agricultural software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
