Alarm Technician

Job Description: ZamProgress is hiring an Alarm Technician to install, maintain, and repair alarm systems. The Alarm Technician will ensure that security alarms and related equipment are functioning correctly and provide technical support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and test alarm systems and equipment.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of alarm systems.
Respond to service calls and repair malfunctioning equipment.
Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding alarm systems.
Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Requirements:

Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Good customer service and communication skills.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or security systems is preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in installing and repairing alarm systems.
Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an alarm technician or in a similar role.
