Zambezi Innovate is seeking a talented and creative Architect to design and oversee the construction of buildings and infrastructure projects. The Architect will be responsible for creating innovative designs that meet client needs while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop architectural designs and plans for new construction projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and construction teams to ensure project success.
• Review and adjust designs based on client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure the designs are followed correctly.
• Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Provide detailed specifications for materials and construction methods.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
