Job Description: ZamBiz Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to plan and design our construction and building projects, ensuring they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

Create building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
Liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
Work around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact, and project budget.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
Advise clients on the practicality of their project.
Keep within financial budgets and deadlines.
Produce detailed drawings and specifications for use in the construction process.
Resolve any issues or problems that arise during construction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Professional registration with the relevant architectural body.
Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
Strong visualization and design skills.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
