Zambezi Innovate is hiring an Architectural Draftsman to assist with creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. The role involves working closely with architects and engineers to produce accurate blueprints and diagrams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and blueprints.
• Work with architects to convert design sketches into technical plans.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and standards.
• Revise drawings as needed based on feedback from architects and engineers.
• Assist in creating project documentation, including cost estimates and materials lists.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Certificate in Architectural Drafting or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
• Proficiency in drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
• Strong attention to detail and technical drawing skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and construction standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
