Our Client is a Zambian-based manufacturer and distributor of FMCG products in the African market and is urgently looking for an Area Sales Manager.

Requirements

-Minimum of 5 years experience in the FMCG industry  in a similar role.

-Product knowledge

-Significant sales experience
-Strong leadership skills
-A proven track record of meeting sales targets
-Effective communication and negotiation Skills
-Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends
-Industrial knowledge and proficiency in sales management software

-Managing a team of sales representatives

-Strategising new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with key clients

-Analyzing market trends

-Coordinating with other departments
