Job Description:
Mapalo Holdings is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead and oversee the visual aspects of our creative projects. The Art Director will be responsible for managing design teams, setting visual direction, and ensuring that all creative work aligns with our brand standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of designers and illustrators.
Develop and execute creative concepts and visual strategies.
Oversee the design process from concept to completion.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar senior design role.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent creative vision and ability to translate concepts into visuals.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years experience in art direction or a senior design role.
