JOB ADVERT – ASSISTANT ACCOUNT

BlackRock Security Services, a leader in providing professional security solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Account to join our Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately.
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of financial documents.
Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, including statutory deductions.
Support the preparation of monthly management accounts.
Provide administrative support to the Accounts team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks, Sage) will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
