Assistant Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support our finance team with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a passion for working to achieve numerous reporting deadlines.

Key Responsiblities
Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
Process accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Collaborate with auditors and provide support during audits.
Help improve digital accounting processes and systems.

Requirements
Education: Grade 12 Certificate and a minimum of a
Diploma in Accounting Finance or related field. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and finance will be an added advantage.
Experience: 3 years in Accounting or Bookkeeping Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and Dove Payroll and Microsoft Excel
