Our Successful Assistant Food and Beverage Manager …

Effectively manage the Food and Beverage outlets including preparation of operating equipment, staffing, opening times and solving any challenges that might arise
Accurately and efficiently provide staff rosters, conduct stock takes and produce relevant reports
Build a competent and motivated team across all outlets through confident and caring leadership
Oversee all restaurant and kitchen operations to ensure efficient, profitable performance in alignment with hotel standards.
Manage and oversee Food and Beverage staff, facilities, sales, and costs to optimize departmental profitability.
Ensure the highest quality of products and services while prioritizing guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experiences

Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate or equivalent
Must have at least a Diploma in Hospitality Management or its equivalent from a highly reputable institution of learning
Must have a minimum of five (05) years of Food and Beverage Management experience
Should be highly computer literate in Office Packages
Highly knowledgeable in Micros System

Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) validated and certified copies of Academic and Professional Certificates will be required for successful candidate.
