Job Title: Assistant Human Resource Officer

JOB BRIEF

The Assistant Human Resource Officer (AHRO) will offer human resource services such as recruitment and selection, compensation, discipline administration and other administrative tasks as maybe assigned by the employer.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Should be a paid member of ZIHRM with a valid Practicing License
• Must be ready to start work immediately

WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years proven work experience as HR officer or other HR position.
• Must have good understanding and able to interpret Labour Laws
