STARTER FINANCE is a fast-growing financial institution with several branches throughout Zambia. We provide finance solutions with flexible payment terms to our esteemed clients. We currently looking for services of Assistant loan officer to bring additional value to our already existing strong team.
Locations
Solwezi-1, Choma-1, Mongu-1, Mufulira-1, Petauke-1, Kasama-1
Responsibility

Will be responsible for entering client’s information in the sales system.

Providing financial advice to clients about appropriate financial package in line with the client’s credit worthiness.

Preparing and circulating daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the directors.

Handling cash and disbursing loans to clients via cash and Mobile money.

Preparing bank and payroll related deduct files.
-
Conducting marketing activities to boost sales for the branch.
-
Preparing loan statement and loan agreement forms.
-
Managing branch requirements such us updating health permit certificate, business levy and fire certificate with the council.

Daily contacting clients via email, phone calls and texts to remind them to service they loans.

Attending to customer queries.

Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
-
Must have a full grade GCE certificate.

Diploma in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

Should have excellent communication skills.
-
Should be detailed oriented and be able to work in a target driven work environment.

should have good problem solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Ability to Multi-task.

Should be computer literate and conversant with Microsoft excel, word and power point.
