JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose

To undertake implementation of employees conditions of service, human capital and development policies, procedures and programs.

To undertake activities in the maintenance, utilization and disposal of human capital fixed assets, management of the company estate, transport fleet and Casual labor engagements

Duties and Principle Accountabilities

• Undertake to interpret provide conditions of service for ITPC employees Ensure that ITPC physical and electronic records are properly maintained and readily accessible by various authorized users
• Undertake operations that ensure smooth implementation of Human Capital and Development policies in areas of transport fleet, estate management and casual labor management.
• Ensure that payroll and other documentation for payments to ITPC employees, casual workers and Human Capital and Development contractors are processed timely Implement planned annual activities relating to commemorative events and ensure that facilities for ITPC participation and stake holder support are provided timely and adequately

Knowledge and Skills

• Full Grade 12 Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrations or Human Resource Management.
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
• Three (03) years post-qualifying experience Human Capital & Development work
• Good communication skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Proficiency in Human Resource and Administrations Practices
• Must be in possession of a valid manual driving license of no less than two years

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
