Job Summary

The Associate will work across advisory and asset management divisions, supporting on transactions, managing client relationships and leading workstreams with support from analysts and partners.

Key Responsibilities
•Lead financial analysis and investment structuring
•Manage due diligence processes
•Preparation of investment documentation
•Deliver financial modelling and analysis
•Support origination and relationship management with clients and investors
•Supervise analysts and interns as needed

Candidate Profile
•Bachelor’s degree; MBA or CFA Level II/III is a plus
•3–5 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or corporate finance
•Proven experience leading financial models and client engagements
•Strong interpersonal and project management skills
•Passionate about impact and investment in emerging markets
