Job Description

Zambezi Innovate is hiring a skilled and experienced Auditor to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records. The Auditor will be responsible for conducting internal and external audits, identifying areas of financial risk, and recommending improvements to financial controls.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive audits of financial records, processes, and controls.

Evaluate financial statements for accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Identify potential risks and make recommendations for mitigating financial issues.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to financial policies.

Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings and areas for improvement.

Monitor and review internal control systems to ensure effectiveness.

Provide training and guidance to staff on auditing procedures and compliance.
Requirements
:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in auditing or accounting.

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or similar professional qualification is a plus.

Strong understanding of auditing standards and financial regulations.

Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and audit management tools.
