Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Planning: Develop and implement audit plans to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.
Fieldwork: Conduct thorough audits of financial statements, operational processes, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and operations to identify risks, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans for management.
Follow-up: Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and assess their effectiveness in mitigating risks.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide guidance on best practices and support compliance efforts.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and auditing standards to enhance audit processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing or accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
