Auto Electrician
Job Description: Prosper Zambia is seeking an Auto Electrician to specialize in the electrical systems of vehicles. The Auto Electrician will diagnose electrical issues, perform repairs, and ensure that vehicle electrical systems are functioning correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in vehicles, including wiring, lighting, and electronic systems.
- Install and test electrical components and systems.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Provide advice to clients on electrical system maintenance.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic and repair tools effectively.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in auto electrical systems is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in automotive electrical systems and diagnostics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an auto electrician or in a similar role.
