Massbreed Investments Zambia Limited is a fast-growing company in the Motor Industry specialized in sale of the durable and affordable FAW commercial vehicles, Golden Dragon Buses and Lovol Equipment. Our company is looking for focused, result-driven candidates to fill the vacant positions of Mechanic.

Auto Mechanic x 1

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.
• Find problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
• Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service.
• Plan repair procedures using charts manuals and experience.
• Assess the functionality of parts and systems.
• Perform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation.
• Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors and other parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and general mechanical work on vehicles.
• Help keep repair shop clean and organized.
• Produce legible, comprehensive and accurate paperwork reflecting work performed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform pre-check inspections, safety checks and similar quality check examinations in readiness for road test by the quality controller.

Qualification and Experience

• Must have a Grade 12 certificate.
• He/she must have a craft certificate in Auto-motive mechanics from a well-recognized institution.
• Must have practical working experience of not less than three (3) years in the motor Industry.
